Finally --a bill for resolving legal harrassment against young communities in Judea and Samaria!! The bill will be voted on THIS Sunday afternoon 11 December!!
The text of the bill is unfortunately available only in Hebrew (see link above in the Hebrew section). The bill prescribes full financial compensation for anyone, including of course Palestinians, who succeed in proving they own land. I.e. - pay damages rather than razing communities that were built on the land (e.g. because of mixups between 2 Palestinians with the same name, one of which claimed to own the land and sold it, whereas another comes later and sues the Jewish buyers for buying from the wrong person.) Also, the government of Israel would no longer be able to build, or encourage a community to be built, and then retroactively, after the fact, turn around and deem the same community illegal and a target of destruction -- as has happened in practice.
