What CAIR Just Said Should Make Everyone Islamophobic

For those of you who are still not familiar with the Muslim Brotherhood Explanatory Memorandum: On the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America please read here. Their objective in their own words:

“The process of settlement is a ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’ with all the word means. The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”
CAIR Representative in Austin Texas: “If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land.”

What CAIR Just Said Should Make Everyone Islamophobic

We’ve often pointed out that the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is not the warm and fuzzy group they’d have you believe. After all, CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror funding case in our history — The Holy Land Foundation — and was listed in the Muslim Brotherhood’s own Explanatory Memorandum as one of its American arms. (And by the way, if you haven’t yet downloaded this document, the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan for “civilizational jihad” here in the U.S., you really must, especially after what you’re going to read next).
Just recently CAIR partially blamed the San Bernardino massacre on America, and came to the aid of the families of the shooters. But not the victims.
Apparently in the world of CAIR, the right to practice religion freely means the right to impose it on others – as reported by US World report:
The Director of the Dallas Council on American- Islamic Relations (CAIR), Mustafa Carroll, made a surprising and shocking statement during a Muslim rally in Austin, Texas. He said,
“If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land.”
Such a statement captures the Trojan horse that is CAIR. While they sell themselves simply as a Muslim advocacy group (similar to the ACLU, but exclusively for Muslims), that couldn’t be further from the truth.
They cry “Islamophobia” at the drop of the pen, but there’s good reason to be CAIR-phobic:
In 2014, the United Arab Emirates placed CAIR, along with 81 other groups, on its list of terrorist organizations. Some believe the action was to done to show a stand against the Terrorist Organization, the Muslim Brotherhood, who seized power in Egypt during the Arab Spring. It should be noted that members of the Obama Administration openly endorsed the events in Egypt that led to the Muslim Brotherhood taking power, likening it to the Civil Rights Movement in America. It has been suspected that CAIR has had ties with the Muslim Brotherhood, and currently, the Obama administration is working to get CAIR removed from the list of terrorist groups.
Need more evidence that CAIR should be designated a terrorist organization? Not only have two CAIR officials been indicted on terrorism charges:
In 2011 and 2012, during an event that The Blaze covered extensively, Islamic institutes coordinated with the White House to target the counter terrorism training within the FBI. The event was called ‘The Purge,’ and the result was the removal of more than 700 documents and 300 presentations. Some of the presentations removed included information about Al Qaeda and the trainers within the FBI were allegedly not given the opportunity to appeal when their presentations were rejected. They were not even allowed to know who it was that was objecting to their work. CAIR was one of the institutes that pushed for this event.
The socialist presidential candidate Norman Thomas once stated that Americans would unknowingly adopt socialism under the name of liberalism. CAIR wants us to unknowingly adopt Sharia under the name of tolerance.

House Democrats Turn to the Wrong Muslims for SOTU
by IPT News  •  Jan 11, 2016
The gesture might not generate much more than a shrug, except that in at least two cases, Democrats invited officials from a group the FBI formally avoids due to historic ties to a Hamas support network. Delray Beach Rep. Alcee Hastings invited Nezar Hamze, regional operations director for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in Florida. And San Jose, Cal. Rep. Zoe Lofgren invited Sameena Usman, a 10-year veteran government relations official with CAIR's San Francisco chapter, the Investigative Project on Terrorism has learned.

CAIR officials routinely accuse federal law enforcement of entrapping otherwise innocent and peaceful Muslims in order to gin up terrorism prosecutions. Hamze's colleagues in CAIR-Florida are helping a family sue the FBI over the 2013 fatal shooting of a terror suspect who attacked agents after extensive questioning.
Usman's office published a notorious poster urging Muslims to "Build a Wall of Resistance [and] Don't Talk to the FBI." For its part, the FBI cut off contact with CAIR, except in investigations, in 2008 based on evidence its agents uncovered which placed CAIR in a Hamas-support network in the United States. Until it can be shown that those connections no longer exist, an FBI official explained in 2009, CAIR is not "an appropriate liaison partner."
In addition, several CAIR officials have compared Israel to ISIS.
Calls to press contacts in Lofgren and Hastings' offices were not returned Monday.
Last month, the IPT provided exclusive details from eyewitness accounts about CAIR's creation, including an account of how a co-founder sought approval from the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood for CAIR's bylaws, and how Executive Director Nihad Awad's move to Washington was "in order to represent Hamas."
Hastings and Lofgren either failed to check out their guests' employer or they don't care. These connections have nothing to do with the faith of CAIR officials. But the organization has a record that elected officials stubbornly insist should be ignored.
Unfortunately, this is part of a pattern of outreach House Democrats seek out with the wrong people. Last month, CAIR-Florida's Hassan Shibly was invited to the White House for a discussion about religious discrimination. Then, as with the State of the Union speech, no one from the new Muslim Reform Movement – which issued a declaration clearly rejecting "interpretations of Islam that call for any violence, social injustice and politicized Islam" and standing for "peace, human rights and secular governance."

In 2012, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi sat with Awad, the only executive director in the organization's history, at a fundraiser for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
A seat in the House chamber for the State of the Union bestows undeserved clout to the CAIR officials. And, in trying to show the public that American Muslims are not a monolithic group of radicalized Islamists, Hastings and Lofgren are doing their cause more harm than good.
